We have 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please send us an email within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping is not refunded.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
As a policy certain items cannot be returned -- such as honey and seamoss once opened. If damaged or dissatified we will either provide a refund of the product’s purchase price or a product replacement, whichever the customer prefers.
Should a refund be issued, your refund will be processed via your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
